About CTC Candy Tsim

Candy Tsim, a native Cantonese, Mandarin and English speaker, was raised in a highly multicultural environment – from the vastly urban and fast paced Hong Kong, as well as various places throughout mainland China. In her mid-teens, Candy relocated to New York City where she lived, completed her studies, endeavored into clinical practice and from which she traveled extensively.

Candy dedicated her life to the empowerment of children and adults with special needs, helping them to find a voice, in her capacity as an experienced and highly sought-after Speech Language Pathologist. She has always been very interested in the nuance of communication and in our search to understand others and to be understood. Her years of practice led her to understand that human communication and view of the world are things that transcend language and speech; and delve far deeper into our subconscious where images and colors take on a much more prominent role.

These experiences and travels have led Candy to a new chapter in her life, to her new home in the Caribbean paradise of Puerto Rico. In her current career as a professional artist, she works tirelessly to depict the world by means of an entirely fresh palate to – “Communicate Thru Color”.
